Put your health care quality improvement story on an easel!

MINNEAPOLIS, March 19, 2008—MN Community Measurement is sponsoring a special event April 16-17 called “Connecting the Dots: Does Reporting for Results Matter?“

Organizations are invited to submit a visual storyboard or poster describing their quality improvement efforts, progress and results. Staffing the presentation to answer questions is an option.

The poster exhibit will be part of MNCM's Measurement Forum held April 16-17 at Windows on Minnesota, in the Marquette Hotel in Minneapolis/

MN Community Measurement views the forum as a chance to share and exchange effective ideas with other professionals dedicated to successful quality strategies.

Register by email to Dianne Eggen or call her at (651) 303-0316.

When you register, include your storyboard title/topic.

Also, if you can provide your own easel for your storyboard, that will be good. If not, an easel can be reserved.
