Governor outlines 2010 reform proposals

In an effort to reduce health care spending, Gov. Tim Pawlenty outlined a series of proposals Tuesday that he plans to push during the 2010 legislative session including requiring all Medical Assistance enrollees to chose a primary care clinic.
