Health Grades, Google form partnership
MINNEAPOLIS, March 12, 2008—Health Grades, the healthcare ratings company, is partnering with Google to make independent information on doctors and hospitals, based on quality and cost, accessible via Google Health.
Google Health is a new Google business that is currently being pilot-tested with the Cleveland Clinic, according to the health IT site HealthImaging.com.
HealthGrades provides content on the quality of many of the nation's hospitals and practicing physicians. Some of the content is already available in Google Maps today, including expanded profiles of healthcare providers. HealthGrades lans to add more content in the near future.
