AMA delegation nominees announced
MINNEAPOLIS, July 23, 2008 — In addition to the slate of officers, a list of nominees for delegates to the American Medical Association House of Delegates was announced at the July meeting of the MMA Board of Trustees.
The list was recommended to the board by the MMA Nominating Leadership Development Committee.
Kenneth W. Crabb, M.D. and John M. Van Etta, M.D., who both serve as delegates, were nominated for reelection to another two-year term. Paul C. Matson, M.D., who is currently an alternate, was nominated to join them as a delegate.
Benjamin H. Whitten, M.D. and Blanton Bessinger, M.D., were nominated for election to another term as alternates. David D. Luehr, M.D., was also nominated as an alternate.
