ARTICLE II

DUES

2.1 Annual Dues Rate. Dues and assessments for all classifications of membership, the time of payment and exemptions from payment of dues shall be established by the House of Delegates for each fiscal year based upon the recommendations of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees may establish, on an annual basis, an administrative service fee for members exempt from dues.

2.2 Payment. Dues shall be collected on an annual basis.
