The MMA Annual Meeting is less than two weeks away! We’re looking forward to seeing you at Breezy Point Sept. 15-17.
Here are some important updates and reminders for your annual event:
- eHandbook: The Annual Meeting handbook is now electronic. Download the eHandbook and review prior to the meeting. If you are unable to open the eHandbook, please download Adobe PDF Reader or Nitro PDF Reader. Helpful hints on how to navigate the eHandbook can be found on the first few pages.
New this year: both the Adobe and Nitro Readers will allow you to annotate, highlight and strikethrough text on the documents.
- Reaffirmation Report: The reaffirmation report extracts resolutions that the MMA believes are already covered by existing policy. Delegates and alternate delegates may dispute the reaffirmation of these items.
- Meeting schedule: Printed schedules will be provided at registration in the Annual Meeting program.
- Dress code: Due to the relaxed setting and additional recreational opportunities at Breezy Point, the dress code will be resort casual (polo shirts, khakis, capris, and shorts are all acceptable).
- Credentialing: Credentialing has been simplified this year. There are no paper forms to bring. Check in at the credentialing desk at the entrance to the House of Delegates.
- Wireless internet access and laptop charging: There is complimentary wireless internet throughout Breezy Point Resort, including sleeping rooms. Please fully charge your laptops before arriving and overnight. There will be limited outlets in the House of Delegates, but no outlets will be available in Reference Committees.
- Directions to Breezy Point
